Hi, I'm Brittany.
It's nice to meet you.
My Heart for This Work
As a Christian therapist, I believe every person has inherent value and deserves compassionate, thoughtful care. I also believe that meaningful healing happens when we care for the whole person—not just symptoms.
I love helping women who feel exhausted by anxiety, overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or discouraged by seasons of life that haven't unfolded the way they expected.
Therapy isn't about "fixing" you. It's about understanding your story, discovering new ways of thinking and responding, and helping you build a life that feels healthier, more peaceful, and more aligned with your values.
My Approach
I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical.
Together, we'll explore what's contributing to the challenges you're experiencing while also developing skills and strategies you can begin using in everyday life. My goal isn't simply to help you feel better for an hour each week—it's to help you experience meaningful, lasting change.
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also recognizing that emotional health is influenced by many areas of life. Sleep, nutrition, stress, relationships, physical health, and spiritual well-being all matter, and I take each of these into consideration as we work together.
If faith is important to you, I'm honored to thoughtfully integrate your Christian beliefs into therapy. If you'd prefer to focus primarily on the clinical aspects of treatment, that's completely okay too. Every session is tailored to your goals and comfort level.

Professional Background
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
My background includes working with women facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and maternal mental health concerns. I have completed specialized training in perinatal and reproductive mental health as well as nutrition-informed mental health care because I believe women deserve treatment that considers the whole person—not just individual symptoms.
I remain committed to ongoing education so I can provide care that reflects current research while remaining warm, practical, and individualized.
What You Can Expect
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they don't feel judged or rushed.
My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and equipped with practical tools you can use between appointments.
Healing doesn't happen overnight, but you don't have to walk through it alone.
Let's Get to Know Each Other
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but it doesn't have to.
Before scheduling your first session, we can meet for a complimentary 15-minute video consultation. It's an opportunity for us to meet face-to-face, answer any questions you may have, talk briefly about what you're looking for, and see whether we're a good fit to work together.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a chance to connect.
If we decide to move forward, we'll find a time that works for your first appointment.
